OVERVIEW

The SP2 is a 2-channel mixer with precise, warm, and dynamic sound, thanks to Audio Solution’s 30 years of electronic experience in CAR, HOME and PROFESSIONAL audio.
It is completely analog and made entirely with PTH components, expertly assembled on a high-quality 70µm PCB.
Elegant brushed, anodized, and laser-engraved aluminum panels house prestigious components, including ALPS RK27 BV potentiometers, Nichicon L-ESR capacitors, MUSE audiophile-grade capacitors, ATE resistors, Vishay components, and more.
A pair of CNC-machined wooden side panels, finished by skilled historic carpenters, completes the chassis, providing a vintage aesthetic with a technological touch.

FEATURES

• Full analog circuitry.
• 24dB / Oct isolator with 310Hz-3100Hz crossover frequencies, featuring "phase null" and "couple cap" circuitry, as in previous models, because it remains a favorite. The standard boost is +8dB to extend the attenuation area, providing more flexibility in mixing. It can be set to +12dB if needed.
• Separate, fully linear power supply with a mains voltage selector (110-220Vac) and a removable IEC-C14 socket for using different cables in various countries.
• LINE / Phono switching for channels from the front panel, with LED display.
• Hi-Fi and high-power headphone amplifier.
• Exclusive use of PTH components (NO SMD).
• "Dual Way - Dual Path" power supply circuitry to improve audio performance.
• Low ESR 105° capacitors in the power bus.
• Nichicon MUSE capacitors in the audio path.
• Neutrik XLR & combo connectors.
• 1% metal film and carbon resistors.
• ALPS RK27 BV potentiometers for isolator and channel levels.
• Anti-slip aluminum knobs with custom-turned under-knob in the "Official" version.
• Laser-engraved aluminum panels to make the screen printing indelible; it is possible to customize the mixer by laser engraving a signature or logo.
• 3-way isolator-type tone control for each channel.
• Send / Return circuit for external effects machines.
• Linear variation from channel to master for headphones.
